Sophia has appeared on Northwest Afternoon, a regional live TV talk show, numerous times and she has been a frequent radio guest on an amazing number of radio shows. Sophia has had hundreds of book signings, workshops, lectures and she currently teaches seminars on a wide range of metaphysical subjects. Her workshops frequently combine key elements of Eastern and Western spiritual traditions. Sophia is also a frequent guest at Alternative Spirituality festivals such as Pantheacon.
